People Who Rocked The Control Group In February

Every month we like to give a shoutout to the TCG team members who were recognized by their peers for their positive contributions to the company. Instead of having a boring ‘Employee of the Month’ program, we celebrate our company rockstars with the People Who Rock program!

If someone positively contributed to the company or made your day a little bit brighter, you can nominate them for People Who Rock by shooting a quick email to HR. Be sure to send in your nominations for March! Without further ado, here are the winners for February’s People Who Rock program.

Gus Alaniz

Gus Alaniz

Nominated by Natalie Loman

Gus is AWESOME! Not only is he highly skilled at what he does, but he’s also a pleasure to work with and does a great job boosting team morale. He’s generous with his time and knowledge, and I’ve noticed he’s always happy to help whenever someone has a question or needs guidance—even across different teams. He’s an exceptional team leader and mentor, and TCG would not be the same without him! #gratefulforgus

Amica Graber and Logan Strain

Amica Graber

Logan Strain

Nominated by Motaz Hussein

Writing isn’t usually the first thing someone thinks of when it comes to working for a tech company. I believe that Amica and Logan are one of TCG’s best-kept secrets to success. Not only do they have phenomenal writing skills on one hand, but on the other, they are extremely proficient on the tech side. The content they produce plays a vital role in the traffic to our product sites. Aside from driving traffic, their work gets published onto major publications like the Washington Post, Huffington Post and more; an achievement many writers in the industry hope to accomplish, and they do it with ease. Logan was also featured on Al-Jazeera news segment. I’m at a loss of words by their talent, but I’m sure they could put it into words!
